Shipping policy

Delivery costs. The costs of shipping the Product to you will be displayed separately where applicable.

Delivery. During the order process we will let you know when we will provide the Products to you. Delivery times may vary. Please also ensure you select the correct delivery address during the order as we are unable to amend this after order confirmation.

Delivery Times.

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for LUUD Health sexual wellness and sexual health products. All orders received before 3pm on a working day will be dispatched same day. All orders received after 3pm on Friday, or on Saturday / Sunday will be dispatched on the next working day.

Our test kits are sent via Royal Mail using FREE Standard Delivery and will receive their test kit within 3-5 working days following order placement.

We are not responsible for delays outside our control. Time shall never be of the essence with regards to the delivery of our Products or Services. Delivery times shall always be approximate. If our supply of the Products or Services is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any Products you have paid for but not received.

Undelivered Items

if you do not receive your Products within 7 days after we have confirmed dispatch, contact us to let us know so that we can look into this. The sooner you contact us the easier it is to help decide what next steps are.

Where do we ship to?

Our Site is directed to people residing in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland only. Therefore, we can only ship to those aforementioned regions. However Luud Health STI Test-Kits are not currently available to customers in Northern Ireland.
